The farm has 7 different varietals planted covering some 24 hectares, 3 whites varieties – Chenin blanc (being the majority), Clairette Blanche and Viura. 4 red varieties, Syrah, Carignan, Pinotage and Tinta Barocca.
The bushvines suited for dryland farming are grown in decomposed granite soils.
The age of the vines range from 6 to 66 years and farmed sustainably using organic practises optimising the soil composition. Mediterranean climatic conditions with cold, wet winters and dry, hot summers.
